A flexible intermediate bulk container (FIBC), super sack, jumbo bag, bulk bag, or bigbag, is an industrial container made of flexible
woven polypropylene fabric that is designed for storing and transporting dry, flowable products. Key industries are chemicals, minerals, food and feeds,
Our extensive range of big bags (FIBCs) serves to a wide variety of dry bulk handling applications, providing you with safe and efficient semi-bulk packaging solutions

Stable Bag…
Leaning, unstable standing bags are common problem of our industry, especially if the cargo has light specific gravity.
Overall, Q-bag design is being used in the industry to overcome not only the mentioned stability problem, but also to avoid ’round shape’ appearance of the bag after filling. Although Q-bags are partly providing a solution to the
above, it is not applicable, if the cargo is humid sensitive and/or requires inner PE (polyethylene) liner.
LiquA Stable bags have extreme high stability, gets a square shape after filling and yet polyethylene inner liner is applicable. Its unique patented shape is square at top & bottom whereas it has a
concave-narrowing form in the center/belly. Thus, the bag is stable even with super light density products but also utilizes the full space of the containers/trucks.
Depending on the nature of the cargo, our engineers may design the bigbag with polypropylene pipe supports integrated into the vertical – side seams of the bag for ultimate stability AND stacking performance.
High stability bag for super light products.
Safe handling and stacking.
Polypropylene pipe supports at the corners for greater stability.
20% more product than standard FIBCs and yet no baffles.
Form stable shape without baffles.
Easy filling, free from baffles.
Polyethylene liner applicable.
Bitumen Bag…
Bitumen is a crucial resource for many manufacturing purposes. Transporting bitumen isn’t easy. Our specialized bitumen bags are designed to carry bitumen safely and allow for easy loading and easy
melting.
Our bags are designed to be more durable and stable than our competition. With our bags, it’s possible to load more volume in containers by stacking multiple bags on top of one another.
We offer two models of bitumen bags: 1100 LT model and 1300 LT model. These two bags are sufficient for most transportation purposes, but we do offer custom-sized bags if you provide us with the specifications.
20ft containers can carry up to 22 tons, and 40ft containers have a capacity of up to 26 tons. Depending on your weight limits, the capacity of these containers may need adjustment.
Modified Atmosphere FIBC

Retain freshness and quality
Extended

Protection against

Modified atmosphere packaging is becoming increasingly common. It has been claimed that the technique enables significant shelf-life extension but in so doing presents an increased public health risk. Shelf-life, sensory
quality and safety of packaged products may be optimised by harmonising the relationship between product and packaging.
Food packaged under a protective atmosphere spoils much slower. Modified Atmosphere Packaging can significantly extend the freshness and shelf life. This effect varies depending on the product type. However, a doubling of the shelf life is
usually possible. Normally, MAP products keep a high quality over a longer period of time and arrive at the consumer in the best possible condition.
Container Liners
Transporting bulky, granular, or powdered products in standard containers costs valuable time in cleaning and sterilization. LiquA’s container liners are designed to solve this issue by protecting products from contamination and moisture,
and improving the efficiency of the loading and discharge process.
Our container liners are made out of polyethylene film and polypropylene woven fabric, built to be used with
What is a container Liner?
A container liner is a material that is placed over the inner surface of a container in order to provide a buffer between the product being transported and the container walls.
Container liners are used in standard containers for bulky, granular, powdered products with fluidity. We use food grade materials for our Container Liners to keep the goods dry and hygienic during transport.
Protect commodities from contamination, moisture, and pests.
Very efficient installation process. Save time on loading and discharging.
Savings on the costs of packaging, labor, and time.
